Grandma Olsen

Last May we traveled down to

Mount Pleasant to celebrate

Grandma Olsen's 90th birthday.

This March we traveled down to

Mount Pleasant for her funeral.

She was just over a month shy of reaching

her 91st birthday.

She has seven children

23 grandchildren

47 great-grandchildren

AND

18 great-great grandchildren.

What a legacy this lady leaves behind!

And she knew it too,

she had great relationships with all of us.

It was a very emotional funeral.

Jason and I were able to sing,

"Angels Among Us"

with some of the other cousins.

She was an angel!

This is Jason helping Lyla put her

flower on Grandma's casket. 

It was such a beautiful

day for Mount Pleasant in March.
